The Aurinkomatkat app serves as a travel companion throughout all stages of your vacation. Download the app as soon as your holiday is booked to access the following services:

• Destination information and holiday tips;
• Maps of your holiday destination, functioning offline;
• Chat service available three weeks before the start of your holiday;
• Holiday calendar and weather updates;
• Flight details and reserved services at the destination;
• Booking excursions and activities, including during your vacation*;
• Pre-planned city tours**.

The Aurinkomatkat app is available in almost all our destinations.***

To utilize the app, it is necessary to have a valid travel reservation for a location where the app is operational. For logging in, you will require your travel confirmation number and a verification code delivered via text message during login. The code will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of booking, which must be Finnish. The person who made the reservation can invite other travel companions to use the app by logging in after downloading it.

Using the app is free of charge. Some content requires an internet connection, and to avoid data roaming charges, we recommend using Wi-Fi at your travel destination.

***The Aurinkomatkat app is not accessible on the Island Hopping Santorini special tour or on custom-designed trips at the customer's request. The app is not available on all self-guided City Breaks; please check Aurinkomatkat's website to see if the app is usable in your holiday destination. The app cannot be used by group bookings or individuals traveling on flights only. To log into the app, a Finnish phone number must be listed on the travel reservation.
